ATLAS FISH - Terms of Use

1. Parties
ATLAS FISH ("the game") is developed and published under the Atlas Fish Games brand by Mohammed I Nooruldeen (an individual). Atlas Fish Games is not a registered company name; it is the game's brand name. Contact: [email protected].
2. Acceptance
To play the game you must accept these terms. If you do not accept, the game does not start; you can read this document and the privacy documents at any time. Accepting the terms is separate from the privacy information and from optional permissions such as ads.
3. Age
The game is designed for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, play with the knowledge of your parent or guardian.
4. Right to use the game
You are given a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to play the game on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, sell or rent the game, its content or its parts.
5. In-game values
BP, diamonds, casts, equipment and other in-game values are used only in the game; they have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money. There are currently no real-money purchases in the game. In-game values are stored on this device; they may be lost if you change device, delete the game or delete your profile. If real-money purchases are added, these terms are updated in advance and shown to you separately.
6. Ads and ad rewards
The game is free and supported by ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional. A reward is given only when the ad is watched to the end and within the daily limits shown in the game. An ad may not always be available; if there is no ad at that moment no reward can be given, but your unused reward chance is not lost. Rods and reels are never ad rewards. Ads are shown by the ad provider; advertisers are responsible for ad content and for the sites ads lead to. How ads are shown and how data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Rules of conduct
Your username must not infringe the rights of others or contain insults or illegal content. Do not try to modify or reverse engineer the game except where applicable law allows, to obtain ad rewards by cheating, or to misuse the game in any other way.
8. Internet and downloaded content
Lake and level content is downloaded from the internet when you first open it; ads also need the internet. An internet connection is required; connection charges are yours. The content comes from a content delivery service provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
9. Ranking
The ranking in the game is simulated: the rivals are fictional, not real players. Your score is calculated only from your progress on this device.
10. Intellectual property and third-party content
The game's original content belongs to Mohammed I Nooruldeen. The game contains third-party content used under licence; the list and licence information are in Settings > About & Licenses.
11. Changes
The game and these terms may change. For an important change that affects your rights or obligations, the new terms are shown to you and you are asked to accept them again to keep playing. Small changes such as spelling corrections do not require new acceptance.
12. Liability and mandatory rights
The game is made with care, but it is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes or limits the consumer and data rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
13. Applicable law and language
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in disputes is reserved. The original text of these terms is Turkish; the English and Arabic texts are translations of the same content. If the texts differ, the interpretation in your favour applies.
