ATLAS FISH - Privacy Policy

1. Controller
ATLAS FISH is developed and published under the Atlas Fish Games brand by Mohammed I Nooruldeen (an individual). Controller: Mohammed I Nooruldeen. Person in charge of the protection of personal information (including Canada / Québec): Mohammed I Nooruldeen. Contact: [email protected].
2. No account
There is no account and no sign-in in the game. The game does not ask for your identity, phone number, e-mail, location permission, contacts, photos, microphone or camera to identify you.
3. Stored only on this device
The following is stored only on this device and is not sent to us:
- Profile: your username, the country you chose, your avatar, the favourite fish you chose, when the profile was created and updated, and the random profile ID and player code the game makes for this device.
- Game: your progress, your stars, the fish you caught and when, your BP and diamond balance, your equipment, your casts, and your ranking score and place.
- Ad rewards: how many rewarded ads you watched today and the rewards you received (for the daily limits).
- Download cache: which levels you played most recently and a short record of when level packs were downloaded and removed.
- A record about these documents: which version you accepted or saw, when, in which language, and your answer to the age question.
- Settings: your language, sound, vibration and graphics choices.
The country you choose only appears as a flag on your profile; it does not set the game's language, your starting region or where you are.
4. Downloading game content
Lake and level content (level packs and fish models) is downloaded over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you first open it. Your profile, progress or catches are not sent. The content comes from a storage and content delivery service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); the files are kept in a storage region in Europe and delivered to you through Cloudflare's worldwide network. To deliver the files, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address, the time of the request, the requested file and standard request information (for example the app and operating system name), and may keep them for a period under its own rules for security and operating the service. We do not collect access logs for these downloads; in the Cloudflare dashboard we only see aggregate traffic statistics that identify no one (for example the total amount downloaded).
5. Advertising
The game is free and supported by ads. Ads are shown through Google's advertising service (Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK). Where ads appear:
- Rewarded ads: watched only if you choose to. In the shop, 3 diamonds per ad (at most 3 a day); when you run out of casts, 1 cast per ad (up to 6 casts); a daily material (at most 2 a day). A reward is given only when the ad is watched to the end.
- If you are 18 or older the daily material is random and its odds are written on the card: cast 35%, bait 30%, float 25%, line 10%. It cannot be bought with money. If you are under 18 the reward is always 1 cast (1 bait if your casts are full).
- Interstitial ad: at most one ad in the menu when you complete a level for the first time, after your progress has been saved.
No ads are shown during arrival cinematics, downloads, fish fights or the catch screen.
To show ads, measure them and prevent abuse, Google processes: the advertising ID (the advertising ID on Android; the IDFA on iPhone only with your permission), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information (device model, operating system, language, app version), your interactions with ads (views, taps, watch time) and diagnostic information of the ad service (error and performance logs). This data goes directly from Google's own software to Google, not from the game; it does not reach us as personal data. Personalised ads (ads based on your interests) are shown only with your permission. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland your permission is asked with Google's consent form; elsewhere, if you are 18 or older, you are asked once, right after your date of birth when you create your profile (Allow / Refuse). If you were never asked, ads are not personalised. If you do not give permission the game works the same way; ads are shown without personalisation or in a limited form. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Legal and privacy > Privacy choices.
On iPhone, Apple's tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) is asked only of players aged 18 or over who allowed personalised ads. If you decline, the game works the same way.
6. Age and ads
When you create your profile you are asked your month and year of birth; this is required. Your date of birth is not stored: only your age group (under 13, 13–15, 16–17, 18 and over) is kept on this device and updates itself over time. If you are under 13, the ad service is never started and no ads are shown. If you are under 18, no personalised ads are shown and the tracking permission is not asked on iPhone.
Ads are shown only in countries whose rules have been checked; in some countries and for some age groups there are no ads at all. Your country is taken from your store account's country, on Android from your SIM card's and mobile network's country, and from Google's region information; no location permission is asked. The game language, the game region you choose and the country in your profile do not decide the ad rules. This country information does not leave the device.
7. What is not in the game
The game has no analytics or crash reporting system of our own, no cloud save and no real-money purchases. If real-money purchases are added, payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play and this policy is updated in advance.
8. International transfers
The ad service (Google) and the content delivery service (Cloudflare) may process data outside your country, including in the USA. These providers process data with their own safeguards. Details for players in Türkiye are in the KVKK Information Notice.
9. App stores
When you download the game from the App Store or Google Play, these stores process their own information for downloads and updates under their own privacy policies.
10. System backups
If your device's system backup is on (Google account backup on Android, iCloud or computer backup on iPhone), your game data may stay in these backups and come back when the game is reinstalled. We do not hold these backups; you can manage them in your device and account settings.
11. Deletion and withdrawing permission
Settings > Delete profile deletes from this device: your profile, progress, catches, BP and diamond records, equipment and their backup copies. Language, sound, vibration and graphics settings, the ranking result, the download cache record and the record about these documents are not deleted. Removing the game from your device usually deletes its data on the device too. You can withdraw your ad permission in Settings > Legal and privacy > Privacy choices, and reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings. For data held by Google you can use Google's privacy tools.
12. Your rights
Depending on the law of your country you have rights such as access, correction, deletion, objection and withdrawing your permission. Because your data is almost entirely only on your device, you can use most of them in the game itself. For other requests: [email protected]. You keep the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.
13. Children
The game is designed for players aged 13 and over. No ads are shown to players under 13, and the game does not collect personal data from any player and send it to us.
14. Changes
This policy may change. If there is an important change, the new text is shown to you when you open the game. Showing information does not mean consent; optional permissions are asked separately.
